Form Letter/Correspondence

All outgoing correspondence (including billing statements and notices) are maintained in the Form Letter System. The functions of the system include:

• Maintenance of all form letters
• Versions of all form letters to provide reproduction as of a specified date

Security

The system's Security feature allows system access control to various Atlas sub-systems and reports.
Access is provided to various user types: employee, agent/broker, client, or any other user-defined groups. Based on the user type, the system will allow access to appropriate policy, claim and billing objects. The security system also enables administrators to attach specified reports to certain user groups. This Atlas feature ensures that only authorized users will be allowed access to the system, and your data will never be compromised.

Workflow Management

Atlas will take customer-specified business rules to move underwriting information electronically between users – internally and externally. Once the application has retrieved the underwriting and/or policy data, it is formatted, user-annotated, and forwarded to a selected recipient’s queue. Once selected, the user will be able to:

• Send electronic mail/alerts sent to appropriate parties
• Initiate actions on the selected items
• Move the item on to the next user
• Add comments
• Reassign the item
• Close the item

Document Imaging/Archival

Images and documents will be scanned or e-mailed into the system and accessed from anywhere in the world anytime, utilizing Atlas’ Electronic Imaging and Workflow system.
The imaging system will utilize the latest in Plasmon UDO Archival technology, enabling users to store three (3) times as much data and access data more than two (2) times faster than existing industry imaging hardware.
A streamlined, simplified easy to use interface will simplify the document/imaging archival process, and the completely web-based solution will work with all TWAIN capture devices, store all image and document formats, and fully integrate support for wireless phones, PDA’s and other handheld devices.
